Terms of Service – Learnable Games

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to Learnable Games applications, including Flip Vocab, Survive Now, LifeToolkit Hub (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1) Intellectual Property
You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App, trademarks, or content unless explicitly permitted by law or by us in writing. All intellectual property rights in the App belong to Learnable Games.

2) Services and Changes
Learnable Games is committed to keeping the App useful and efficient. We may update features, improve interfaces, and modify services from time to time. We may also introduce paid features, but we will clearly explain pricing before any charge.

3) Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Some features may be offered through auto-renewable subscriptions.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings after purchase.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

For iOS users, subscription purchases are handled by Apple under Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

4) Personal Data and Security
Learnable Games applications may process data you provide to deliver app functionality. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. We recommend not jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and app performance.

5) Location and Local Storage (LifeToolkit Hub)
In LifeToolkit Hub, location is used only when you choose to save a place in Location Saver. Saved place data (such as names and coordinates) is stored locally on your device for app functionality. We do not sell your location data or use it for advertising profiling.

6) Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services that have their own terms and privacy policies.
Examples may include:

RevenueCat (subscription infrastructure)
Apple services / App Store
Other SDKs as used by the app version you install

Please note: third-party services may vary by app and version.

7) Limitation of Liability
Some app functions may require internet access. Learnable Games is not responsible for unavailability caused by lack of connectivity, carrier limitations, data limits, or device battery issues.

8) Termination
We may suspend or discontinue the App or certain features at any time, without prior notice where permitted by law. Upon termination, rights granted to you under these Terms end, and you must stop using the App.

9) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

10) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Learnable Games is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
