Privacy Policy — Survive Now (Learnable Games)
Google Play & Apple App Store

Learnable Games (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides Survive Now – Emergency Kit (the “App”) on Google Play and the Apple App Store. This policy applies to the App on Android and iOS unless we say otherwise below.
By using the App, you agree to this policy.
1. Summary
The App is designed primarily to work on your device. We do not operate our own servers to collect your personal content (such as notes or lists you create in the App) for advertising or to sell it to third parties.
Some features require permissions (including location) or use platform services (Google Play or Apple in‑app purchase systems). Those are described below.
2. Location information
The App may access location when you use location‑related features or grant permission.
Types: Depending on your device and choices, the App may use approximate and/or precise location.
Purposes: Location is used only for App functionality, such as (where available): map display, obtaining current coordinates for actions you initiate (for example sharing location via your device’s share or messaging features), and updating locally stored “last known” location to support preparedness/safety‑related workflows in the App.
We do not use your location for third‑party advertising personalization in the App, and we do not sell your location data.
Background / when location is used: Survive Now requests location access only while you are actively using the App (“while in use” / foreground). We do not declare or request background or “always” location permission on Android, and we do not collect your location when the App is closed or not in use for these features. If you previously granted broader access on your device, you can reduce it at any time in Settings → Apps → Survive Now → Permissions (steps may vary by device).
Controls: You can change or revoke location access in your device Settings at any time.
3. Purchases
Android (Google Play): Optional purchases (for example one‑time premium) are processed by Google Play. Google processes payment information under Google’s terms and privacy policy.
iOS (Apple): Optional purchases are processed by Apple’s in‑app purchase system. Apple processes payment information under Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
We do not receive your full card details from Google or Apple through standard store billing.
4. Maps and network requests
Map or other online features may load content over the internet from third‑party providers (for example map tile or CDN services). Those providers may process technical data typical of internet requests (such as IP address) under their own policies.
5. Data on your device
Information you enter in the App is stored on your device unless you use a system feature (such as Share) to send it elsewhere. We do not receive that content on our own servers as part of normal operation described here.
6. Data retention
We do not provide a Learnable Games user account for Survive Now. There is no Learnable Games‑hosted user profile on our servers for routine App operation as described in this policy.
Locally stored App data (content you create in the App, preferences, and similar data the App saves on the device) is kept on your device for as long as you keep the App installed and do not clear its storage—unless a specific feature deletes it earlier.
Location-related information processed for App features is handled on the device as part of App functionality and is not stored by us on our own servers for profiling or advertising as described here. How long related indicators remain on the device depends on your use, permissions, and whether you clear App data.
Purchase history is retained by Google Play and/or Apple according to their policies and your store account.
If you email us at support@learnablegames.com, we may retain your message and our reply only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal or operational requirements.
7. How to delete your data
The App does not currently provide a dedicated “delete all data” button. You can remove locally stored data by uninstalling the App or using your device settings to clear storage / clear data for the App, and by revoking permissions (such as location).
Android (typical steps): Settings → Apps → Survive Now → Storage → Clear data / Clear storage, or uninstall the App. You can also manage permissions under Settings → Apps → Survive Now → Permissions.
iOS (typical steps): Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Survive Now → Delete App to remove the App and its local data, or adjust permissions under the App’s settings screen in iOS Settings.
Purchases: Deleting local App data or uninstalling does not automatically cancel or erase your store purchase record; purchase and entitlement information is handled by Google / Apple under their policies.

8. Advertising and tracking
Survive Now does not integrate advertising SDKs (such as AdMob) for ad delivery as described in this version of the App. We do not use your data to track you across other companies’ apps and websites for advertising in the App.
If we add advertising or analytics that involves cross‑app tracking, we will update this policy and, where required by Apple or Google, obtain appropriate consent or permissions before doing so.
9. Third‑party and platform services
The App relies on your device platform, including:
- Google Play Services / Android platform (distribution, licensing, security).
- Apple App Store / iOS platform (distribution, licensing, security).
Google Play may provide developers with aggregated or analytical information about app distribution and stability (for example install-related statistics or crash summaries) under Google’s policies. That information is not a replacement for this policy and may not include the content you type into the App on your device.
Additional third‑party services may apply when you use maps or other online features (Section 4).
10. Legal bases (where applicable)
If applicable law (for example in the EEA/UK) requires a legal basis, we process personal data described here to perform our contract with you (provide the App), based on your consent (where the OS prompts for permissions), and/or for legitimate interests in operating and securing our apps, consistent with your rights.
11. Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to our products. No electronic system is 100% secure.
12. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). If you believe we have received a child’s information, contact us.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The Last updated date will change. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
