Terms of Service (Terms of Use / EULA)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to Learnable Games applications, including MuminUp – Dhikr Counter, Survive Now – Emergency Kit, Flip Vocab, and LifeToolkit Hub (each an “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

  1. Intellectual Property
    You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Apps, trademarks, or content, except where the law explicitly permits it or we give written permission. All intellectual property rights in the Apps belong to Learnable Games.
  2. Services and Changes
    Learnable Games is committed to keeping its Apps useful and efficient. From time to time we may update features, improve interfaces, and modify services. We may also introduce paid features, and we will clearly explain pricing before any charge.
  3. Purchases and Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
    Some features may be offered as one-time purchases or as auto-renewable subscriptions.

On iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. On Android, it is charged to your Google Play account.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel a subscription after purchase:
on iOS, in your Apple ID account settings;
on Android, in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of it ends when you purchase a subscription.
Purchases on iOS are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Purchases on Android are handled by Google under the Google Play Terms of Service. Refunds are subject to Apple’s or Google’s refund policies.

  1. Personal Data and Security
    Our Apps may process data you provide in order to deliver their features. Our Privacy Policy (https://www.learnablegames.com/privacy-policy/) explains what data each App processes. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, as this may compromise security and App performance.
  2. Religious Content (MuminUp)
    MuminUp provides dhikr, dua, and Beautiful Names (Esma-ül Hüsna) texts, transliterations, meanings, and related information for personal devotional use. We take care to keep this content accurate. However, it is not a religious ruling (fatwa) and does not replace guidance from qualified scholars. Groupings and orderings, such as ordering by traditional ebced values, follow traditional sources and are offered for convenience. Counts, goals, and streaks are personal tracking tools only.
  3. Location and Local Storage (LifeToolkit Hub)
    In LifeToolkit Hub, location is used only when you choose to save a place in Location Saver. Saved place data, such as names and coordinates, is stored locally on your device so the feature can work. We do not sell your location data or use it for advertising profiling.
  4. Third-Party Services
    Our Apps may use third-party services that have their own terms and privacy policies. Examples include:

RevenueCat (purchase and subscription infrastructure)
Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Remote Config by Google (crash reporting and app configuration)
Apple services / App Store and Google Play services
Other SDKs used by the App version you install
Third-party services may vary by App and version.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Some App functions may require internet access. Learnable Games is not responsible for unavailability caused by lack of connectivity, carrier limitations, data limits, or device battery issues. To the extent permitted by law, Learnable Games is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Apps. This includes loss of data stored on your device.
  2. Termination
    Where the law permits, we may suspend or discontinue an App or certain features at any time, without prior notice. When this happens, the rights granted to you under these Terms end and you must stop using the App.
  3. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of an App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
  4. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Learnable Games is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
