Terms and Conditions
By downloading or using our applications, these terms will automatically apply to you. Therefore, make sure you read them carefully before using our applications. You are not allowed to copy or modify our applications, any part of the applications, or our trademarks in any way. Attempting to extract the source code of our applications, translating them into other languages, or creating derivative versions is also prohibited. The applications themselves, along with all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to them, belong to Learnable Games.
Learnable Games is committed to ensuring that its applications are as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the applications or to charge for their services at any time and for any reason. However, we will never charge you for the applications or their services without clearly explaining what you are paying for.
Personal Data and Security
Learnable Games applications store and process personal data that you have provided to us to deliver our services. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the applications secure. Therefore, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as these processes remove software restrictions and limitations imposed by your device’s official operating system. Doing so could make your phone vulnerable to malware, viruses, and malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and prevent Learnable Games applications from working properly.
Third-Party Services
The application may use third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions of the third-party service providers used in the application are as follows:
- Google Play Services
- AdMob
- One Signal
Limitation of Liability
Learnable Games notes that some of its applications require an active internet connection to function. This connection can be provided via Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. However, Learnable Games cannot be held responsible if the application does not function fully in the absence of an internet connection or if your data allowance is exhausted.
If you use the applications in an area without Wi-Fi, remember that your agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data during the connection while accessing the applications.
Similarly, Learnable Games will not be held responsible if your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the service.
Application Updates
We may wish to update our applications from time to time. The applications are currently available on Android and iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to expand the availability of the applications to) may change. You will need to download updates to continue using the applications. Learnable Games does not guarantee that its applications will always be updated to suit your specific needs or work with the version of Android or iOS installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the applications when offered.
We may also wish to stop providing the applications and may terminate their use at any time without prior notice. Unless we state otherwise, upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end; and you must stop using the applications and, if necessary, delete them from your device.
The visuals, interfaces, and content within the application may be updated from time to time. The visuals displayed on the store page reflect the general design of the application but may not exactly match the updated interfaces or features. These changes are made to enhance the user experience.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Therefore, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Any changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on this page.
